With this recipe we suggest you an alternative method to cook your salmon with a reduced fat content. The cooking in foil, in fact, is the only cooking method able to combine taste and lightness. A dish great for all the family!
- 5 potatoes
- 2 zucchini
- 1 carrots
- 1 leek
- BENVOLIO GRAPESEED OIL
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- A glass of white wine
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Serves 4 people
1. Wash, peel and cut potatoes, zucchini, leek, carrots and season with Benvolio grapeseed oil, salt, pepper and a few tablespoons of white wine.
2. Take an aluminum foil, large enough to wrap the fish and put in the middle of it half of the vegetables, then put over the washed and dried salmon fillet and cover with the rest.
3. Tightly close the foil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
4. After the cooking time, let cool for 2 minutes and then serve.

The cooking of the fish is important for the success of the dish. Do not overcook the salmon but avoid serving it raw as well. The cooking will depend on the thickness of the fillet, the 30 minutes shown in this recipe, therefore, are only approximate.
